CANCELLATION CHARGES
The cancellation charge will be calculated from the day before the start date of the tour.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please send us your request by e-mail to info@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
Please note that, in order to prevent errors or impersonation by a third party, we do not accept cancellations by phone. We will give you a confirmation of your cancellation procedure as we review your email request.
*Please note that if you contact us after business hours (10:00-19:00 JST), the base date for calculating the cancellation fee will be the next business day.

[About Changes]

The only change that can be accepted after the application is a reduction in the number of participants. We cannot accept any request, such as (and not limited to) additional participants, changes in the representative, or the companions, or alternative payment methods.

However, you can change or correct the registered representative’s address, telephone number, and other information.
If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please send us your request by email to info@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Change Request”.

CANCELLATIONS MADE ON THE ORGANIZER’S SIDE
This trip may be cancelled due to:
- The minimum number of participants is not reached after the payment deadline;
- Any other reasons of force majeure
In these unfortunate cases, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 24 days prior to the tour’s start date (November 18th).
