CANCELLATIONS MADE ON PARTICIPANT’S SIDE
[Cancellation fee for domestic tours]

*Please note that if you contact us after our business hours (10:00-19:00 JST), the base date for calculating the cancellation fee will be the next business day.
[Cancellation Procedures]
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please send us your request by e-mail to personalrequest@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
Please note that, in order to prevent errors or impersonation by a third party, we do not accept cancellations by phone. We will officially inform you of the cancellation procedure after we confirm the receipt of your e-mail.
*Please note that if you contact us after business hours (10:00-19:00 JST), the base date for calculating the cancellation fee will be the next business day.
Required Information:
- Receipt number (8-digit number shown in the confirmation e-mail)
- Representative’s name
- Travel package title
- Cancellation request details (Please, specify if you wish to cancel all participants or only your companion in case of a two-people application)
[About Changes]
- The only change that can be accepted after the application is a reduction in the number of participants. Changes such as increase in the number of participants, change of representative, change of accompanying person, and change of payment method cannot be accepted.
- However, you can change or correct the registered representative’s address, telephone number, and other information.
If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please send us your request by e-mail to personalrequest@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Change Request”.
Please note that if you submit a change to request a reduction in the number of participants during a period when cancellation fees are applicable, the cancellation fee will be applied as stated in the tour contract. If you are requesting a correction of the personal information of the representative person, no fees will apply.

CANCELLATIONS MADE ON THE ORGANIZER’S SIDE
This trip may be cancelled due to:
- The minimum number of participants is not reached after the payment deadline;
- Any other reasons of force majeure
In these unfortunate cases, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 24 days prior to the tour’s start date (November 18th).
