CANCELLATION CHARGES

In case of cancellations made on the participant's side after the contract has been concluded, the below-stated cancellation fees will apply. Please note that in case of a partial cancellation for a multiple-people booking, the remaining participants will be charged the price difference arising from the change in the number of guests per room.

The cancellation charge will be calculated from the day before the start date of the tour.

(1) Cancellations made more than 21 days before the day before the tour start date: no charge (bank wire fees and other prescribed fees to be deducted from the refunded amount).
(2) Cancellation made between 20 and 8 days prior to the day before the tour start date: 20% of the tour fee.
(3) Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before the day before the tour start date: 30% of the tour fee.
(4) Cancellations made on the day before the tour start date: 40% of the tour fee.
(5) Cancellations made on the day of the tour start (except for the cases of point 6): 50% of the tour fee.
(6) Cancellations made after the tour starts or due to a no-show: 100% of the tour fee.
*Please note that if you contact us after our business hours (weekdays 10:00-19:00 JST), the base date for calculating the cancellation fee will be the next business day.

[Cancellation Procedures]

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please send us your request by e-mail to info@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.

Please note that, in order to prevent errors or impersonation by a third party, we do not accept cancellations by phone. We will give you a confirmation of your cancellation procedure as we review your e-mail request.

*Please note that if you contact us after business hours (10:00-19:00 JST), the base date for calculating the cancellation fee will be the next business day.

Required Information:
  • Receipt number (8-digit number shown in the confirmation e-mail)
  • Representative’s name
  • Travel package title
  • Cancellation request details.

[About Changes]

  1. The only change that can be accepted after the application is a reduction in the number of participants. We cannot accept any request such as (and not limited to) additional participants, changes in the representative or the companions and alternative payment methods.
  2. However, you can change or correct the registered representative’s address, telephone number, and other information.

If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please send us your request by e-mail to info@sk-tours.jp with the subject line “Change Request”.

Please note that if you are requesting a reduction in the number of participants during a period when cancellation fees are applicable, the cancellation fee will apply according to the tour contract.

CANCELLATIONS MADE ON THE ORGANIZER’S SIDE

This trip may be cancelled due to:

  • The minimum number of participants is not reached after the payment deadline;
  • Any other reasons of force majeure

In these unfortunate cases, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 24 days prior to the tour’s start date ( February 14th).
