A Japanese driver holding a sign with your name and the Green Tomato logo (whether it's the company name or character) will be waiting for you at the airport gate 30 minutes after the flight’s actual arrival time to take you to the hotel.
(Attention: If you don't show up within 90 minutes after the flight’s actual arrival time, your reservation will be canceled and a 100% cancellation charge will apply; no refund will be available.)
Check in at the hotel. Free time. We can provide you with some recommendations on where to go on your own that day and how to get there.
*Please note that check-in at the hotel is possible only from 14:00, but you can leave your luggage at the hotel front desk/cloak room and pick it up when you come back for the check-in later.
Day 2 (November 25th): Tokyo

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Meet with the guide at 10:00 AM at the hotel lobby for a guided tour of Tokyo.
The first stop will be Rikugien Garden (六義園), one of Tokyo's most beautiful traditional Japanese landscape gardens. Built in 1702 during the Edo period, it features a central pond, walking paths, seasonal flowers, and picturesque scenery inspired by classical Japanese poetry. It is especially famous for its spring cherry blossoms and vibrant autumn foliage.
Then we will move to the area around Harajuku Station, which is well known to Japanese teenagers as a kind of "hangout center" for many original subcultures. If you've seen photos from Japan of j-rock cosplayers, Vivienne Westwood-style punks, or lolita-dressers wearing hundreds of barrettes, it's probably from here.
Lunch
Then we will visit the world's busiest crossing in Shibuya and see the monument to the faithful dog Hachiko.
The last stop will be Tokyo City View (Roppongi Hills Observatory), a popular observation deck on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills, offering spectacular panoramic views of Tokyo. On clear days, visitors can see landmarks such as Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and even Mount Fuji. It is also known for its art exhibitions and stunning day and night views.
Transfer to the hotel; time for rest.
Day 3 (November 26th): Flight to Sapporo & DIR EN GREY Live!
Hotel: Hotel Vista Sapporo Nakajima Koen
Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel.
Hotel check-out and transfer to Haneda Airport.
Group flight from Tokyo to Sapporo.
Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel.
The transfer from New Chitose Airport to the hotel in Sapporo takes approximately 2 hours.
Check in at the hotel upon arrival.
Around 16:00 (specific time TBD), meet in the hotel lobby for an escort to the concert.
The concert will start at 18:30.
After the concert, free time for dinner and rest.
Day 4 (November 27th): Day off in Sapporo

Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel. Day off to enjoy Sapporo on your own.
Day 5 (November 28th): Flight to Sendai & DIR EN GREY Live!

Hotel check-out and transfer to New Chitose Airport.
Group flight from Sapporo to Sendai.
Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel.
The transfer from Sendai Airport to the hotel in Sendai takes approximately 1 hour.
Check in at the hotel upon arrival.
Around 16:00 (specific time TBD), meet in the hotel lobby for an escort to the concert.
The concert will start at 18:30.
After the concert, free time for dinner and rest.
Day 6 (November 29th): Tokyo
Hotel: Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Kayabacho
Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Meet with our attendant in the hotel lobby and transfer from Sendai to Tokyo.
Arrive in Tokyo.
Hotel check-in and free time in Tokyo.
Day 7 (November 30th): Tokyo
Hotel: Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Kayabacho
Meal: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel. Day off to enjoy Tokyo on your own.
OPTION: Ticket to the show at KT Zepp Yokohama.
*An additional fee applies. Those who wish to attend the concert, please get in touch with us until September 30th (Wed.) 23:59 JST.
We’ll not accept applications after that day.
Day 8 (December 1st): Tokyo
Hotel: None
Meals: Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
Hotel check-out on your own before 10:00 AM. At the previously designated time, a Japanese driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby holding a sign with your name on it to take you to the airport in a private vehicle.
If your airport transfer is scheduled later than 10:00 AM, you may leave your luggage at the hotel’s luggage counter until departure.
*Please note that you will have to leave the hotel before 10:00. In case you don’t do the check-out on time, we do not take any responsibility if you need to pay an extra fee for leaving late, so please make sure to be punctual.
*If you are not in the hotel lobby at the designated time for the airport transfer pick-up, the driver will leave, and we will not take any responsibility for how you can get to the airport, so please be there on time.
*We will not take any responsibility in case you do not make it on time to your flight for any reason, including traffic conditions.
