NOTE

- All excursions and announcements during the tour will only be conducted in English.

- All the prices stated on this website, including the one for the twin room plan, are per person. Please note that we do not accept any one-person / split application for twin rooms: in case you wish to join us with a "Twin room plan", you will need to have a companion and to apply / pay for 2 people at once.

- A single application can be made for a maximum of two people (including the representative).

- The schedule of tour days may change depending on different conditions such as weather or traffic.

- The minimal number of participants is 5 people.

REQUEST

We kindly ask you to book flights arriving at Kansai International Airport on February 14th between 09:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m. JST.

If you purchase tickets for another date or time, please inform to us. We will try to find a suitable transportation option for you to move from the airport to the hotel in Kyoto, but please note that, depending on the flight's schedule, it may not be possible to arrange a transfer.

Price includes

- Airport transfers (only for arrivals from Kansai airport and departures from Narita or Haneda airports);

- Accommodation in 3-star hotels according to the itinerary (hotel accommodation may be changed to another hotel of the same category);

- Meals according to the itinerary: 7 breakfasts, 2 lunches;

- All transportation and excursions according to the itinerary;

- Live ticket for sukekiyo's February 16th, 2024 (Fri.) Kyoto Gekijou, Kyoto;

- Entrance fees to all the spots according to the itinerary;

- English-speaking guide as stated in the itinerary.

Price does not include

- Flights to/from Japan and any transportation that is not specified in the “price includes” section; 

- Any kind of travel insurance (whether it is cancellation insurance or health insurance).

- Any other expense that is not stated in the 【Price includes】 section.

Standard transportation for approximate number of customers:
- Large bus: around 26 people or more
- Mid-size bus: around 11-25 people
- Small bus: around 9-10 people
- Van (hired car): around 5-8 people
- Minivan (hired car): around 3-4 people
- Taxi: around 1-2 people
