PLEASE NOTE THAT:

- All excursions and announcements during the tour will only be conducted in English.

- All the prices stated on this website, including the one for the twin room plan, are per person. We do not accept single-person or split applications for twin rooms. If you wish to join us with a "Twin room plan", you will need to have a companion and apply/pay for two people at once.

- Each application can be made for a maximum of two people (including the representative).

- The tour schedule may change depending on different conditions, such as weather or traffic.

- The minimum number of participants is 5 people.

REQUEST

If you book a flight for a different date than November 18th (arrival) and November 25th (departure) or your flight arrives/departs before 6:00 AM or after 8:40 PM, please inform us. We will try to find a suitable transportation option for you to move between the airport and your hotel, but please note that, depending on the flight's schedule, it may not be possible to arrange a transfer.

Price includes

- Escort and transfer upon arrival from Osaka (KIX) Airport to the hotel in Kyoto by public transportation.
Departure transfer from the hotel to the airport. (only for departures from Narita or Haneda airports after 6:00 AM / before 8:40 PM);
- Domestic flights for Osaka–Sapporo (November 21st) and Sapporo–Sendai (November 23rd). Shinkansen tickets from Sendai to Tokyo (November 24th).
- Accommodation in 3-star hotels according to the itinerary (hotels may be changed to others of the same category);
- Meals according to the itinerary: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches;
- All transportation and excursion costs (entrance fees, etc.) during the guided tours according to the itinerary;
- Standing tickets for Sapporo (November 21st) and Sendai (November 23rd) shows. (*1 ticket per person and show);
- The opportunity to purchase the official merchandise from the show in advance on a specially prepared website. Detailed information will be announced later.
- English-speaking guide as stated in the itinerary.

Price does not include

- Flights to/from Japan and any transportation that is not specified in the “the price includes” section;
- Any travel insurance (whether it is cancellation insurance or health insurance);
- Any other expense that is not stated in the “the price includes” section.

About transportation:

"Green Tomato" will be used as the transport company for the non-public segments of this tour.

The transportation will change as follows, depending on the number of participants arriving at / leaving from the airport around the same time:
- Large bus: over 26 people
- Mid-size bus: around 11-25 people
- Small bus: around 9-10 people
- Van: around 5-8 people
- Minivan: around 3-4 people
- Taxi: around 1-2 people
